Our Story
We are a family business based out of Sacramento, California. The real estate industry is our passion. However, our journey started in South America, a little city called Cusco.
Elisban and Gina met in Cusco, Peru. At the time Elisban was managing the Tourist Hotel Machupicchu. Gina was finishing her Law Degree. They got married in Machupicchu. They have three children, Alfredo, Valeria, and Jamil.
In 2003, the family immigrated to the United States. They jumped from San Francisco, to Burlingame, and eventually settled down in the Sacramento area. In 2006, the family bought a house in Roseville. The home buying process got Elisban interested in the industry. As a result, he started off working on lending. Soon thereafter, he became a real estate agent at Coldwell Banker.
Elisban continued to gain experience with RE/MAX, eventually joining Homesmart ICARE Realty, where Gina would also start as a real estate agent. Today, they both are passionate about serving their clients. They cover the Northern California area. Gina and Elisban understand the opportunities that come with purchasing, selling residential and commercial properties.

Since receiving his Real Estate License in California, Elisban has worked in lending. Today he is full time in real estate and often contributes his economic knowledge to major television channels Univision 19 and Telefutura 64 on the most important economic topics affecting the Latino community in the Sacramento area.
Elisban works with first-time home buyers, investors, 2nd homes, land, REOs, short sales and new home sales. Previous to entering the real estate industry, he managed hotels and restaurants for 20 years in the United States and Peru. Elisban earned his Bachelor of Science Degree from Indiana University, Pennsylvania in 1982.
He has received a number of awards and scholarships. Elisban utilizes over 15 years of real estate experience to deliver a home buying process to his clients that is both memorable and transparent.
Elisban is a husband, father of 3. His wife, Gina, along him in the Real Estate industry. Their kids Alfredo, Valeria, and Jamil all graduated from Woodcreek High School and Portland State University in Oregon.They also have a jack russel named Chango.
About Gina Gonzalez

Gina is from Peru, where she graduated from a prestigious Law School in Cusco. She has worked as a Legal Advisor for different institutions including the Peruvian Local Government.
In 2003, Gina moved to California-Bay Area, after three years bought a house in Roseville, Placer County. After receiving her Real Estate License in 2014, she began her Real Estate career with Homesmart Icare Realty.
Thanks to the hard work, understanding of her client’s needs and persistence, she is now a reliable Realtor in the Sacramento Valley. Gina specializes in the purchase and sale of single family homes and income properties.

About Alfredo Gonzalez

Alfredo leads the marketing and online engagement efforts at Perfecto Homes. He brings his brand development, and organizational growth experience to Perfecto Homes. He develops content, videos, and photos for Perfecto Home properties both in the United States and Latino America.
Alfredo holds a Masters in Business Administration from Presidio Graduate School. He worked with small businesses and larger corporations alike. In 2021, Alfredo earned his Real Estate License in the State of California.
In the real estate industry, his focus are going Latino/Hispanic young families who are buying their first home. He specializes in integrating sustainability in his client’s home, to make sure they obtain value from utilities and incentive programs alike.
